SAJSA extends congratulations to the Port Lincoln Soccer Association (PLSA) on securing $800,000.00 for improvements to the Kirton Point soccer facility. This money is made up from the SA Government grant from the 2023 Womens World Cup Legacy, $400,000.00, Port Lincoln Council, $200,000.00 and $200,000.00 from the PLSA. This funding will be used for clubroom facilities and improvements to continue the progressive the PLSA have shown in recent Championships obtaining several Winner and Runner Up awards. We fully expect that this latest funding will be followed up with further grants to install lighting to the same facility to progress the boys and girls development in the lower Eyre Peninsula.
